Use pro-rated costs

Pro-rated costs for a load (or stop) are utilized in the following places within TM:

• Shipment Gross Margin (Employee)
• Shipment Leg Charges (Carrier/Employee)
• Load Gross Margin (Employee)
• Trip Gross Margin (Employee)
• A/P Accrual Run Request (Employee)
• A/P Transaction Run Request (Employee)
• Invoice Run Request (Employee) (when Invoicing for Carrier Surcharge Based Customers)
• A/R Accrual Run Request (Employee) (when Revenue by Cost Center is active)
• A/R Transaction Run Request (Employee) (when Revenue by Cost Center is active)
• A/P Voucher Run Request (Employee) (when computing VAT)

Note: Load Pro-Ration is also performed by the Shipment Savings Based Rating Calculations that can optionally be performed during the A/P Transaction Generation process. It should be noted that A/P Transaction Generation uses a distinct version of Load Pro-Ration, one that does not support the full range of functionality provided by the module accessed from the other TM functions listed above.
