Accept Booking Revision

This page displays a list of options applicable for accepting a booking revision. If the selected booking revisions have same booking revision rule ID that is active, then options are displayed according to associated booking revision rule. Depending on the proposed changes, the Routing, Rating and Scheduling process will be performed. When accepting a booking revision, the associated booking will be evaluated and updated according to the proposed changes that are accepted. When Booking Revision is accepted, attributes specifically set to ‘Reject’ will be ignored. All other attributes will be treated as ‘Accept’ even without response.

To accept a booking revision:

1. Run a search to populate the Booking Revision view.
2. Perform one of the following:
   • Select a booking revision.
   • Select a booking revision and click Response. The Response for Booking Revision page is displayed.
3. Click Accept. The Accept Booking Revision page is displayed.
4. Enter the necessary values in the appropriate fields and click Accept.
