The Print Register for A/P Transaction Run page shows the controls for triggering the A/P Transaction run registers.
If an A/P Transaction Run was selected from the List of A/P Transaction Runs prior to triggering the Print Registers request, page will assume the print request applies to the selected run only.
If an A/P Transaction Run was not preselected, user will be able to print or reprint the register for a specific run, or request all previously unprinted registers.
If Print Mode is Immediate, registers will be generated in batch and assigned to the designated printer.
If Print Mode is Preview, register is displayed to the user. Using Preview Mode, the browser’s print dialogue will be used to direct registers to a specific printer.
