The List of User Search Configurations will allow a systems administrator to manage User Search Configurations for any Transportation Manager user.

This function will allow administrators to make a customized version of the search criteria for a list immediately available to all system users, or to all users in a particular user group.
List
By default, the List of User Search Configurations is sorted in ascending order by User ID and then Screen Name.

Properties
The User Search Configuration Properties page will allow user to modify the Search Name or Search Tip.
Set-Up
The Set-Up User Search Configurations page will allow an existing User Screen Configuration to be copied such that it will be used by one or more users or one or more user groups.
Customize search criteria for users or user groups
Users cannot edit the actual search parameters/filter criteria using this function. The following workflow allows a system administrator to achieve this result:
Note: If the Replace Existing check box is selected from the Set-Up User Search Configurations page, the User Search Configuration will be copied for the user (or users in the group) even when there is an existing User Search Configuration. If not selected, copy will occur only when then is no existing User Search Configuration for the user.
Note: When Set-Up is performed for a User Group, changes will apply only for the users in the User Group at the time the Set-Up operation is requested. User Search Configuration will not automatically be inherited for users subsequently enrolled in the User Group.
