The List of List Hyperlink Columns can be used to control the behavior of hyperlinks in the Transportation Manager Web user interface. You can use the operations on this list to control whether properties pages for selected entities can be accessed via hyperlink when the ID appears on a list for another entity. Also, operations on this list can be used to control at a global level whether users clicking a hyperlink will access the applicable properties pages in view vs. update mode.

Operations
Activate: Use this operation to allow the applicable entity type (for example, user, customer, shipping location) to display as a hyperlink on lists in the Transportation Manager Web user interface for authorized users.
Deactivate: Use this operation to not allow the applicable entity type to display as a hyperlink on lists in the Transportation Manager Web user interface for any user.
Allow Updates: Use this operation to allow the properties for the applicable entity type to be presented in update mode when accessed by authorized users using a hyperlink on a Transportation Manager Web user interface list.
Disallow Updates: Use this operation to not allow the properties for the applicable entity type to be presented in update mode by any user when accessed using a hyperlink on a Transportation Manager Web user interface list.
