Change Logistics Group (Employee)

Use this screen to change the Logistics Group for the selected Loads or Shipment Legs.The operation is valid when the following conditions are met:

For Shipment Leg

• User is not restricted to a specific Logistics Group.
• Parent Shipment is Eligible for Logistics Group Re-assignment and is associated with a Customer who is authorized to the target Logistics Group.
• Selected Shipment Leg is:
  • In a Status of Open or Processed and not assigned to a Load
  • Not attached to a Plan
  • Eligible based on Origin and Destination (that is, neither the From nor To Location for this Leg are restricted to the current Logistics Group)
• Remaining Shipment Legs of the Itinerary are:
  • In a Status of Open or Processed and not assigned to a Load
  • Not attached to a Plan
  • Eligible based on Origin and Destination (that is, neither the From nor To Location for this Leg are restricted to the current Logistics Group)

  OR

  • Assigned to a Built Load
  • Eligible based on Origin and Destination (that is, neither the From nor To Location for this Leg are restricted to the current Logistics Group)

For Load

• User is not restricted to a specific Logistics Group
• The selected load is:
  • In Open status
  • Not currently suspended
  • Not attached to a Plan
• Each Shipment Leg assigned to the Load is eligible based on the following criteria:
  • Parent Shipment is Eligible for Logistics Group Re-assignment and is associated with a Customer who is authorized to the target Logistics Group
  • Neither the From Location nor the To Location is restricted to the current Logistics Group
