Abort a purge request (Employee)

  1. Select Miscellaneous > Batch Requests. The List of Batch Requests page is displayed.
  2. Select a primary purge request in the Processing status.
  3. Click Properties.
  4. Enter a value in the Abort Date field.

Note: The frequency of checking and updating the abort requests is determined by the system at a logical break point during the process. Aborting process may be delayed.
