Purge Non-Financial Requests

Purge Non-Financial Runs is initiated from the Supplementary Purge using Request Type "PNFR".

This function will remove completed / cancelled Request Queue entries, not related to Financials, older than the Cut-Off Date.

Identify all entries in FNCL_QUE_T with a status of Completed or Cancelled, that meet the following conditions:

• Created date is less than the user specified Cut-Off Date.
• Request type is not one of the Financial Run Request Types.

Additional Considerations:

The current Purge Non-Financial Runs request should not be deleted by this process.

This request should be submitted and executed first among the user selected Supplementary Purges, to avoid deleting queue entries for the other Supplementary Purges selected at the same time.
