Audit No Match

The Non-Operational Freight (NOF) Reference Number is controlled by the Unmatched Audit Reference Number Qualifier defined for the Customer. An Unmatched Audit Reference Number Qualifier is optional. Audit No Match type Non-Operational Freight transactions can be created even if an Unmatched Audit Reference Number Qualifier is not defined for the Customer. If an Unmatched Audit Reference Number Qualifier is defined for the Customer, the Reference Number Qualifier must meet these requirements:

• Qualifier Entity Type must be Customer
• Entity ID must refer explicitly to the applicable Customer, or must refer generically to all Customers, or must refer to the same Reference Number Qualifier Type as the customer
• One of the Supported Levels must be Non-Operational Freight
• Reference Number Qualifier must be Active
• Selected Reference Number Qualifier Type must also be Active
• Selected Reference Number Qualifier Type must not be System Provided
• If Reference Number Qualifier refers generically to all Customers or to a Reference Number Qualifier Type, there cannot be a separate Reference Number Qualifier for the applicable Customer that refers to the same Reference Number Qualifier Type

If an Unmatched Audit Reference Number Qualifier is defined for the Customer and the Mandatory flag is activated for the Supported Level of Non-Operational Freight, a Non-Operational Freight (NOF) Reference Number will be mandatory when creating an Audit No Match type Non-Operational Freight transaction for the Customer.
