Adjustments for rounding

Adjustments will be required if the total of the pro-rated amounts does not equal the trip or booking level amount computed by trip or booking RR&S. Rounding adjustments will be applied to the "largest" load attached to trip or booking. In the event that more than one load shares the "largest" designation, the adjustment will be randomly assigned to one of these loads.

The "largest" load will be determined based on the Pro-Ration Strategy applied to that trip. This means, for example, if the extended volume (for example, volume / distance) strategy was used to pro-rate the costs of that trip or booking, the same extended volume strategy is used to determine its largest load (for example, the load with the largest Volume*Distance among the loads of the trip or booking is chosen).
