If the Carrier's Tender Contact attributes remain undefined after attempting to access the TENDER Contacts for the Domicile, Tariff/Service and the Carrier, the generic contact information associated with the carrier will be used to populate the Carrier's Tender Contact Information for the load or trip.
The generic contact information defined at the carrier profile level does not include a Contact Name. Therefore, if a Contact Name cannot be retrieved from the TENDER Contact for the Domicile, Tariff/Service or the Carrier, the Carrier's Tender Contact Name will not contain a value.
