If a shipment has a Default Tractor Equipment Type or Default Trailer Equipment Type specified, then all associated shipment legs will automatically have the same equipment type(s) specified and committed. As long as this Default Equipment Type remains specified, the user will not be able to modify the corresponding equipment type for the associated shipment legs. This also means that the routing result produced by Transportation Manager will need to honor the Default Equipment Type(s).
