Carriers: Represents relative position of qualifying carriers from the rate shop list, as performed at outset of CST process for the load. The carrier in position 1 would be the one selected by optimization, if applicable.
Allot Full Tender Response Interval: Indicates whether carriers in this group will be allotted the full interval defined by the Tender Response Hours, even when available time is insufficient for all carriers to receive the full interval.
Allocated Percentage of Available Time: The percentage of total available time that will be allocated to this set of carriers. Only applicable for the sets of carriers where the Allot Full Tender Response Interval is False. Percentages must total 100.

Minimum Time Required for CST: Any carrier that receives a tender will be allowed at least this length of time to respond, even if this prevents other eligible carriers from having an opportunity to respond to the tender.
CST Maximum Increment - Percentage: Carriers where cost exceeds the lowest cost alternative by this percentage or greater will be excluded from consideration during CST.
