The carrier performance scores in the carrier and lane association tables will be set either manually from the UI or via API. These values will not be automatically set based on historical carrier performance.
Performance Manager (PM) can be used to establish a carrier report card. A template report has been provided for carrier report card in PM. Any Transportation Manager customer wanting to establish carrier performance scores based on previous service provided by the carrier, either globally or along specific lanes, can use information on the carrier report card to update the carrier performance values in Transportation Manager.
