Send an alert via email (Carrier/Employee) – Monitoring Module
Click Monitoring > Alerts. The List of Alerts is displayed.
Select the alerts to send via email.
Note: Only alerts in Open status can be sent via email.
Click Send. The Send Alert screen is displayed.
Perform one or both of the following:
Enter the email addresses, separated by commas, for the people who should receive the alert.
Select the Notify Alert Watch Groups check box. This sends an email message to the recipients associated with the Alert Watch Groups that correspond to the selected Alert.
You can also add comments that are displayed in the comments section of the alert email.
Click Submit. The alert is sent with the entered comments to the supplied email addresses and/or the email addresses associated with the Alert Watch Groups that correspond to the selected alert.
Note: An email message is sent a maximum of one time to each email address for each request.
