Change an item of a shipment detail (Carrier/Customer)

Your ability to add items to a shipment detail depends on your authority level and the status of the corresponding shipment.

Note: You can only use the screens relating to items if the Item Level Details feature is enabled.

  1. Display the list of shipment details (Carrier) or Display the list of shipment details(Customer).
  2. Select the shipment detail whose items you want to work with.
  3. Click Items. The List of Items for your selected shipment detail is displayed.
  4. Select an item in the List of Items.
  5. Click Properties. The Item Properties screen is displayed.
  6. Make any necessary changes.
  7. Click Submit.
