Authorize a user to work with a plan (Employee)

1. Click Load Build > User Plan Authorization. The List of User Plan Authorizations is displayed.
2. Click Authorize. The Authorize User to Plan screen is displayed.
3. Enter the required information. If you want the designated plan to become the current plan for the user, select the Select as Current Plan for User check box.
4. Click Submit. The user is authorized to work with the designated plan. If requested, this becomes the current plan for the user.
